DMCA POLICY
Auczon Store by Creekview Santa Rosa, LLC respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. 2. Counter-Notification Procedures
If you receive a notification that your material has been removed due to a copyright infringement claim, you may provide us with a counter-notification. To be effective, the counter-notification must be a written communication that includes:

Identification of the material that has been removed and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed.

3. Repeat Infringer Policy
Auczon Store by Creekview Santa Rosa, LLC takes intellectual property seriously. We reserve the right to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts or access of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers.
