DMCA POLICY

Auczon Store by Creekview Santa Rosa, LLC respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using the Auczon Store website that are reported to our Designated Copyright Agent identified below.

1. Notification of Copyright Infringement

If you are a copyright owner, or are authorized to act on behalf of one, please report alleged copyright infringements by completing a DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement and delivering it to our Designated Agent. 2. Counter-Notification Procedures

If you receive a notification that your material has been removed due to a copyright infringement claim, you may provide us with a counter-notification. To be effective, the counter-notification must be a written communication that includes:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.

  • Identification of the material that has been removed and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed.

  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.

  • Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if you are outside the United States, that you consent to the jurisdiction of the United States District Court for the Central District of California).

3. Repeat Infringer Policy

Auczon Store by Creekview Santa Rosa, LLC takes intellectual property seriously. We reserve the right to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts or access of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers.
