SHIPPING INFORMATION

At Auczon Store by Creekview Santa Rosa, LLC, We aim to deliver your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. as quickly and efficiently as possible. This policy outlines our shipping procedures, timeframes, and costs to ensure a transparent shopping experience.

1) Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all addresses within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and P.O. Boxes. At this time, we do not offer international shipping outside of the U.S.

2) Shipping Costs

  • Free Shipping: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders.

3) Processing & Transit Time

To ensure quality, each T-shirt undergoes a professional inspection before dispatch.

  • Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (PST) – Monday to Friday.

  • Handling Time (Processing): 1–3 business days (Monday – Friday). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

  • Transit Time (Shipping): 3–7 business days (Monday – Friday) via major carriers (USPS, UPS, or FedEx).

Total Estimated Delivery Time: 4–10 business days from the date the order is placed.

4) Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can monitor your package’s progress directly on the carrier’s website. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Most orders are delivered within 5–8 business days.

5) Shipping Address Changes

We are only able to change a shipping address if the order has not yet entered the processing phase. Please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number if you need to request a change. Once an order is shipped, we cannot redirect it.

6) Lost or Damaged Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. However, if you experience any issues, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you. If your item arrives damaged due to transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage so we can assist with a replacement.

We work with reliable carriers to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.

7) Sales Tax

Applicable sales tax will be calculated and added to your order total at checkout based on the shipping destination, in compliance with state and local laws.
