REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

At Auczon Store by Creekview Santa Rosa, LLC. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we aim to make the return process as simple and transparent as possible. If you are not entirely satisfied with your T-shirt purchase, we are here to help. This policy outlines our procedures for returns, exchanges, and refunds to ensure a fair and transparent process.
1. Return Window
You have 30 days from the date your order was delivered to request a return or exchange. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
This return window starts from the date your order is marked as delivered.
2. Return Eligibility & Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:

The T-shirt must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

It must be in the original packaging with all tags still attached.

Items that show signs of wear, stains (makeup, deodorant, etc.), or odors (smoke, perfume) will not be accepted.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on where to send your package.

Note: Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or the original shipping address without prior authorization.
- We aim to respond to all return requests within 1–2 business days.
4. Return Shipping Costs & Fees

Customer Responsibility: For returns due to “change of mind,” size preference, or unwanted gifts, the customer is responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Restocking Fee: We do not charge a restocking fee for returned items.

Damaged or Wrong Items: If the return is due to our error (you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item), Auczon Store by Creekview Santa Rosa, LLC will cover the return shipping costs and provide a prepaid label.
5. Refunds (If Applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved: Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (e.g., Credit Card, PayPal) within 5–10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
6. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. For size-related exchanges, please contact our support team and we will assist you based on availability. If you need to exchange an item for the same product in a different size, please email us at [email protected] or chat through Whatsapp.
Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
7. Non-Returnable Items
